Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We currently deliver to the UK, Ireland, EU countries and the USA.
Delivery Timeframes
Our usual lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which is outside of our control and can occasionally result in delays.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to Ireland, EU countries and the USA, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.
International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges may also apply depending on the destination.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact our Feel Good team as soon as possible and we'll help resolve the issue.
Personalised Products
Products that have been personalised, customised or produced with your logo or artwork cannot be returned unless faulty.
