Merchant Spotlight: All of the Print
At needi, we believe the best gifts aren't bought, they're created. The kind that captures a moment so perfectly, the person receiving it has to pause before they can even speak.
That's exactly the magic of All of the Print.
Hand-painted, deeply personal, and quietly extraordinary, every piece by Rachel Firth turns a real story, place, or milestone into a work of art meant to be kept, displayed, and revisited for years to come. Wedding venues wrapped in their own florals. Champagne bottles transformed into one-of-a-kind keepsakes. Even a Chanel No.5 bottle can be made into something completely original.
This is gifting at its most intentional, and exactly the kind of craftsmanship we're proud to champion at needi.

What inspired you to start your business?
I've always believed art should feel personal. I'm a textile designer by background, and while I loved creating prints for brands, I wanted to create something more intimate, artwork that holds real meaning for someone.
It began with painting a bottle as a gift, and seeing how emotional and special it felt for the person receiving it. That reaction made me realise there was something powerful in turning real stories, places and milestones into hand-painted keepsakes. From there, All of the Print grew organically.
At its heart, the business is about connection. I love immersing myself in someone's story, understanding the details that matter, and translating that into something tangible that can be kept, displayed and celebrated for years to come.

What's the biggest lesson you've learnt so far on your journey?
The biggest lesson I've learned is that growth comes from backing yourself, even before you feel fully ready.
In the early stages, it's easy to second-guess pricing, direction, or whether something is "good enough." I've learned that clarity and confidence are just as important as creativity. When I've trusted my instinct, refined my positioning, and treated my work like a serious business rather than just a creative outlet, everything has elevated.
I've also learned that consistency matters more than perfection. Showing up, improving gradually, listening to customers, and staying adaptable has made a far bigger impact than waiting for everything to feel perfect.

What makes your business special?
What makes my business special is the emotional reaction when someone opens the piece. There's always a pause — that moment where they recognise the place, the details, the story, and it becomes more than just an object.
Each piece is hand-painted with intention, capturing something deeply personal. When it's opened, it often sparks joy, nostalgia, or even tears, because it represents a real memory or milestone.
Beyond that initial moment, the artwork becomes part of someone's space and surroundings. It's displayed, talked about, and revisited for years. It's not just decorative, it holds meaning. That lasting presence, and the way it continues to evoke feeling long after it's been gifted, is what truly sets my work apart.

What's your favourite product and why?
My favourite product is the wedding venue champagne bottle, especially when it includes the wedding florals. As a textile designer, florals have always been at the heart of what I do, and I feel I've truly mastered the art of painting them in a way that feels expressive, balanced, and full of movement.
Combining architectural detail with soft, flowing florals is such a beautiful contrast. The structure of the venue paired with the romance of the flowers creates something really special. It allows me to bring together my technical precision and my love of painterly detail in one piece.
There's something incredibly satisfying about seeing a venue come to life with the couple's chosen blooms wrapped around it. It feels celebratory, personal, and completely unique to that moment.

What's the top piece of advice you would give to fellow small business owners?
My top piece of advice would be to treat your business like a real business from day one, not just a creative hobby.
It's easy to focus purely on the creative side, especially when you love what you do, but pricing properly, understanding your value, building relationships and thinking long term are just as important. Confidence in what you offer makes a huge difference.
I'd also say don't wait until everything feels perfect before you start. Growth happens through doing, refining and learning as you go. Show up consistently, believe in yourself, and allow your work to evolve, that's where the real progress happens.

What's the most memorable gift you've ever received?
The most memorable gift I've ever received is a ring from my grandmother. It was originally given to her by my grandfather, and she passed it on to me for my 30th birthday.
It just so happened to be set with my birthstone, which made it feel even more meaningful. Knowing it carries their love story and history makes it incredibly special.
It's still my most treasured possession, not because of its value, but because of the emotion and legacy it holds.
